We held our final board meeting of the 2023/2024 fiscal year on Thursday, May 23, 2024, Thank you to those who served on our Council board this year, and all who attended and participated in our board meetings. Thank you to all who gave CPE presentations, and the members in the region who supported our CPE events and other activities by attending and contributing. Finally, thank you for the opportunity and privilege to serve as your Council President over the past five years. I am passing the baton to the incoming President, Kathleen Sobieralski, on June 30, 2024.
Our next council board meeting, to be chaired by Kathleen Sobieralski, is tentatively planned for either August 15 or 22, 2024, at 6 pm ET via Zoom. The firm date will be published and distributed later on. You do not have to be a board member to attend, so please consider joining us! We need you and your talents to craft a stellar line-up of activities for the students, academics, and finance and accounting professionals in this region for the year and begin setting our council up for future success.
Share your talents and unique perspective by serving on a committee. Volunteer to serve on the council board for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. Allow us to add value to you. Help us multiply value to our member chapters, individual members, and potential members in this region.
